He is particularly fond of the Clean Air Act and the law's ability to empower citizens and communities to successfully confront polluters. Jeremy is a Senior Advocate with the Center for Biological Diversity's Environmental Health Program.

A superlative exchange; bravo to both participants, and the impartial moderator. That being said, this recording deserves to be seen far and wide in Colorado, and allowing all of Xcel's customers see the truth: they are making RECORD profits on our backs, and deserve to be called on the carpet to STOP being granted their rate increases, and SHUT DOWN this stupid Pueblo plant that is so unnecessary...'nuf said!
