Reddit was right. PVP in Fallout 76 is dead since legacies were removed : ( Now that I think of it, I cant remember a single time reddit has ever been wrong. Was fun while it lasted. If only people or some one with a lot of skill's can find the Debug Cube! find that an you can get some fun going with that power! if you inject code to it you can edit a lot more of the sever.
If you're speaking about the GPU Benchmark Activator (red cube) that used to exist in the church steeple in Sutton near the overseers house. It no longer has any references in the ESM. So its not placed anywhere in the world or in any cells. Unless you mean something else when referring to "debug cube"
