I need help please! my sims 2 sims cant select a suite when on vacation, when they want to check in the butler says "select a suite" right? but when I go to the door to select the suite it says "no action" as if they cant choose any room. I have looked everywhere online but no one has a solution, I downloaded sims 2 from a 🏴‍☠ trusty website wink wink, and installed everything properly using your video too.

Hello! You said I can incorporate photos of my sims in the game. How exactly do I do that? 😅 I was struggling to find an answer online. I mean, they can order their photos, but only ones that were made with ingame camera, and it can only be framed photo that goes on the desk or small square in the photoalbum. How can I take a picture and hang it on the wall? I know that you can take screenshots to the paintings folder and make one of your sims paint it, but it requires high creativity and that isn’t always the story for my sims. Any other way, maybe? I just want my married couple to have a picture of them above their bed 😢

widescreen camera fix does not work for me :(

I just don't know what to do, my game is playing the UI looks nice but the sims everything is like distorted a bit. I also have a problem in CAS, the camera looks like zoomed in and doesn't let me see the face of the sim very well..

i have the clean ui working but the string that shows up after you leave your cursor on the pause, create a family and many more is still normal yellowish for me and not white. i don't know why but i would like to have the clean one instead of the yellow one

Great, fine, ok BUT HOW DO I OPEN SIMPE?!!! Nobody tells this part. I have installed it, I click on "open" again and it just installs it again. You shot right over the part I was looking for, how do i open SIMPE? Its like having a house and a key but I cant find the door!........

I can't believe the Fireplace catching on fire is rare, it happened the very first time i light a fireplace, o was TRAUMATISED and never lit it again 😭

Is there a way to completely uninstall the sims and have it reinstall in an unalterted state because the lazyduchess launcher wont work and it screwed up my game badly...it's not playable and I cna't even get the duchess launcher to even work.

My only concern with CC for TS2 is the Clean Installer. If you get to download Packages, great ! Nothing to be done, but otherwise when you download SimPacks, the Clean installer can only install one at a time, and its such a slow process. Sometimes lots dont show up. You spend 3 hours installing walls and floors, all packs and its becoming so annoying. If anyone has found a better program for installing PACKAGE files, I will be forever grateful to be informed about it, it will save me a lot of nerves, especially when i need to reinstall the game and must do all this all over again <3

Love how you could techncially run your own café by having a mixture of normal business (where you sell your own baked stuff) and a restaurant (where your sim come to sit down and order food)

The woodden porch you removed at 0:30 - 0:40 was impossible to build in-game, even when you mastermind boolprop cheats. Its outdoor foundation built over another foundation I saw such structure only once (15 years ago) in a custom lot at ModTheSims, but creator modded their game completely to be able to do it

I’m so stuck can someone help? I’ve added a couple extra floors to an existing house, there’s only 3 floors, now I just want to put a roof on top. The top floor definitely has all the walls connected, but I can’t add a roof because for so,e reason the grid isn’t appearing above these walls! It’s a secure room/floor, but I can’t “go up a floor”, the arrows grey, and when I try to add a roof it’s adding it on the floor, not on top of the walls. It’s because it’s not creating a grid on top of my connected walls so I can’t make another lever but I know I made a house with way more levels in this game so what’s the problem? All the wall are definitely connected and there’s nothing weird about this floor, what could the problem be??

I love the idea of just recording your gameplay and commentating afterward, I think it seems a lot easier and a little less stressful for you to have to be "on" for the whole video whereas you could just pick the parts you want to highlight and share the story with your viewers!

In my game, I make Circe and Loki use Nervous to get skill points easily. I imagine they force him to study and then steal his skill points to advance in their career and feel better. Also, I make Nervous clean and cook for them and if he breaks something or burns food, I make the Beakers torture him. The money Nervous gets when Olivia dies... well, the Beakers take it all! I know, it's so sad... but that's how it's supposed to be, right? XD I eventually make Nervous escape from them and go live with Pascal, who I imagine finds out the truth and decides to help him. At the end Nervous marries Pascal and together they take care of Pascal's many alien babies. Loki and Circe give up on Nervous but find another townie to kidnap and do experimens on.

I'm hoping someone can help but after doing everything it seems like when using the lazy duchess launcher for some reason camera rotation on live mode is unplayably laggy and choppy but it seems launching from the EA app doesnt have this issue? I'm not the most tech savvy person but if anyone has any recs on how to possibly fix this I'm willing to try nearly anything
