Just did mine using this technique. Was a bit worried because the bearing seems to stand ~1.5mm out from the casing when fully seated. But then watched this video and saw that yours did too ! Very relieved, thanks.

Man, I wouldn’t take any advice from you!! Using a chisel to remove tiles!! Use the correct tool for the job!! Come on mate.

your problem was... you removed the starter and never earthed to the the rear. i purchased it and got it done within 5 mins. ameture. tje clocks were were wired wron too and yo only need 1 magnet for the size of the wheel to calibrate to mph. 2 for kph

Ha, I thought, that won't work (having trawling through several 'how to' videos showing various methods for removing old tiles). However, after trying a multi-tool...then an SDS drill with an expensive flexible blade I tried an old wood chisel! Worked a treat! Thank you Mr C...that will teach me!!!!

Removing tiles at moment and most of the walls require skimming.

There’s nothing wrong with the back brake, there an adjuster at the end of the cable.. pull the rear drum leaver in till there’s no slack, wind the nut on the end of the cable and done
