Get a plastic tube the same diameter of the water intake Place tube over the intake Fill with some water Turn machine on Blow into the tube Try this If you can get the drain cap off, use syringe to shoot water up into the pump. This was one of the last things I tried, maybe it worked with the other efforts of fiddling around with the water tank while machine running
Hello, on my machine, since it is turned on, water is constantly flowing and both buttons are flashing, and it cannot be turned off at all. I turn off the power and turn it on again and it continues
My machine is probably somewhere around 9 years old. I just got off the phone with them to troubleshoot and after several attempts of their tips they offered me a discount toward a replacement since it is out of warranty. I bought some really good coffee pods for the original machine and when I woke up at 5:30 this morning, expecting to have a great latte my machine was not pumping out water. I found another video telling me to use a straw lol when I tell you that at 5:30 this morning half asleep I’m sucking out of a straw with no luck Lmao . I had another espresso machine in my Amazon cart ready to spend over $100 until I found your video. I ordered the most generic infant Tylenol from target pick up. Went to go get it and fixed my machine in 10 minutes. Thank you so much!!

I was going to throw away my machine then I seen this video and I saved it thanks soo much
I didn't have a syringe but I used my WATERPIK!!!!! The nozzle on a Waterpik fits perfectly in the hole.
Tried several other methods but no avail. You saved my day!
