    Got mine yesterday and was prompted by an email from Jabra to bite the bullet and charge them up for a try before my appointment in a week with an audiologist. It’s a good idea so I can have time to write down any questions I’ll need to ask during our zoom meeting. I am surprised at how invisible the hearing aids are are and how clear the directions were on how to pair them with my phone. I was a little nervous about my lack of device skills but very pleased with the step by step directions and illustrations. I did feel “all thumbs” when inserting the ear buds, but I know that with time and patience all will feel normal soon. The first thing I had to do was tell my roommate to speak more quietly! He’s used to speaking loudly so I won’t need to say, “Huh? What did you say?” I’m enthusiastic to try them out in different settings: outside walking, a meeting, church, in a restaurant. Can’t wait!

    got mine yesterday (Thursday) had another brand for 40 days testing them. These appear to be OK but I still wonder if the fit could be better? Also have itching in the ear as I had with my last pair. I'm wearing them and believe they may be better then the ones costing me 3 times more. I will reserve my final until I wear them 7 days and call the audio folks for a turn up. For some reason I think the cones going into my ear could be made of something more comfortable? I'm wondering this. My sister said she got fit for her apple earbuds using the apple app. She tried each type and the app let her know which one of the buds were right. Why can't these aids be done the same?

    Is there an on/off button? Volume button? I see a button but, nothing happens when I push it. Can't find anything on line or in documents. Phone call always too busy to reply. 5 days and I'm not pleased.

      I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. The hearing aids automatically turn off when placed in the charging case and turn on when removed. To adjust the volume, you can use the app on your device. If you prefer using the buttons on the hearing aids: press the button on the right hearing aid for less than 1 second to increase the volume, and press the button on the left hearing aid for less than 1 second to decrease it.     i tried my aids today for the first time. unfortunately i cannot turn them up high enough to hear well. i have to turn everything else up. when i do i hear very well. it is much clearer than the beltone i have been using. i am sure once i have my orientation next week and they make adjustments to my aids which they said they will i will be very happy with them. no squawking, no rustling, no whistles. they are very comfortable and light.

    I changed my dome on my right and now I can't hear from that. I'm a new user, and I love these but often very frustrated in understanding what to do. Yes, I read that very long book.

    I received my hearing aids yesterday,got them all set up with phone.The inside of my ear itches,i am sure i will get use to that...But i can hear great,love them..

    This is so hard to see - not one close up shot, and it moves very quickly from one step to another,. In the end, not helpful.

    I have the aids from when they were Lively. No one showed me how to do this and my right aid isn't as amplified as it has been. Will do this when I get home tonight. The instruction book on this is very confusing. I reached out to them and they emailed me this video. Looks really easy.

    Received Enhance Sele ct 300 yesterday, 23 3/4 hrs after ordering! I'm in CA. Put em in early this morning, set up the app & listened to audiobook on my walk. I love em! 1:21

    Mixed results. They seem to work for short periods than they appear to lose the setting set on the phone. Need to keep the volume very high with very poor results watching TV. Overall would not recommend them as effective hearing aids.

    "We're available 24 hours a day". Nope. Jabra has missed the first two orientation-by-phone appointments. When I called, I got voicemail and requested a call back. Nothing. Now they want me to wait two weeks for my orientation, but I have the hearing aids, and I need to hear NOW...especially for $2000.

      That's what I thought. The wire is not very long but it will go over the ear, not under. I just can't get the app to connect so I am trying to do things without it.I need more volume and I am thinking maybe a bigger cone might help cut out static.

    Just got mine and they seem to work well as long as I keep the volume at 80 percent or more, which doesn’t seem right. I have several questions and am very annoyed that I can’t get an orientation appointment any sooner than two weeks from now. That doesn’t seem right after spending 2K. I will say that the quality of the hearing aids and charging case is excellent.
