The previous record was 34 - breaking Pete's previous record held at a company I ran that morphed into what we see today. He used this run into a Quadruple Crown run - which also signified the end of the first chapter in NJPW's history.

This was a period of time when my friends and I were all glued into each other's storylines and companies. His title run unofficially brought it to an end to that era.

It was quite a year for Yuma with the KO Championship, the New Japan Cup championship run and then winning the Quadruple Crown - maybe one of the best single-year campaigns in my 15 years doing this. I'm looking forward to seeing what he does in the G1 in a couple of months.

Kaito trying to pull what his tag team partner Yuma Aoyagi did - use the KO Championship into a potential run for the Quadruple Crown. Kaito was there once four years ago but it's been a slow journey back to the top. But it could be a short title run if Gabe Kidd has anything to say about it.

Tanaka is sneaky like that - every time I count him out, he comes out roaring and proves me wrong. Every single time.

MJF is definitely on the list of potential names on the G1. I was actually starting to build up the 20-man roster as soon as the card was finished. I'm hoping to have it finalized after the BattleBowl series that's about to start.

I'm really sorry for the delay, I've been playing catchup from the holidays. I'm currently working on Monday's Diamond Ring show before I run Tuesday's WAR show later in the evening. I was hoping to do today's big show later tonight but it might be posted tomorrow.

This was a huge turnaround for MJF. He hasn't been all that successful in the past few years and he was also on the chopping block, so I was quite shocked over this run.
