Act 1. Not my greatest dmg but does the job. Trio one phase should be a harder dmg check so will prob do that soon and then maybe solo attempts. Definitely my favourite dmg phase in the game.

Timer starts on first input on pick up and ends on last lava challenge completed text. This is a very serious speedrun holding the utmost prestige. Not god rng (middle last bc longest time to go back to pick)

Timer starts on load zone change (joining allies reset) and ends when in descent room. This should be used for RTA speedruns because you save lots of time on 1-2 transition not needing a sparrow while still being able to have perfect ads for descent even with a perfect Atraks.
