@@MarFarger the vocals are most likely from Cymatics. But I use Ghosthack too, so they’re from one of those places. The three main sample creators I use are. Cymatics. Ghosthack. Function Loops. All three have fantastic packs and tons of free content. I highly recommend you sign up to their websites. They sometimes send you an email with free content that the “general public” don’t have access to. Everything is copyright free too. So no worries about royalties.

Believe it or not, those are trap drums. They’re just a little bit more “pop” sounding. I’ve got a few folders with that style and sound. I’ll use a few more in the next couple of weeks. ✌️👍

They all need that “final touch” like a nice lead section or catchy vocals. I’m no good at either so I always leave those things out. I know some have vox’s and some vocals, I added them so the track doesn’t become too mundane. But I’m certain someone else could do much better than the samples themselves.

No they’re just samples. I haven’t had the chance to record something yet with that guitar and effects pedal. I will soon, I’m just finding myself on it at the moment. But I can definitely say there’s something brewing on the horizon. So stay tuned. 🙏🙂

ive use a sample that was "apparently" copyright free, but i think someone else has used the same one and copyrighted their track, so it'll instantly get flagged as copyright infringement. although the sample itself isn't copyrighted.

Several places, but the two most useful ones are Cymatics and Ghosthack. Cymatics have the best trap drums and Ghosthack has the best transitional effects like risers and impacts. But I use so many different ones from different sources it’s impossible to list them all… a better way of thinking about it is if it’s free and copyright free then I’ve probably used that supplier. Function loops are also great for techno stuff. But thank you for the kind words. 🫡🙏😌

I don’t actually have many ‘rock’ drum samples, the ones I do own are a little bit generic and boring, so I rarely use them. (Very boring and standard “4-on-the-floor” style beats). I don’t really want to use any from an actual artist because of copyright reasons, and there’s not many places to get good sounding free stuff. Those drum apps are cool and whatnot, but they are super confusing to me and take way to long to make anything that sounds remotely good. But I’ll keep my eyes open for some new free packs, if I ever see any I’ll definitely download them. 👍🤘
