Knees to chest as you go up, make sure you’re really stretched out at the end of the initial swing.
Amazing explosive power! Try overhand grip and use your back muscles. Looks like you’re just kipping and pulling with your arms.

explosion is key!! even if you straight up worked powerclean for a while, that would significantly increase your explosion capability, therefore allowing you to explode up, and give yourself more time to throw your arms over to catch and push you to the top!! your doing great bro!
Lose 5 pounds. I was doing 7 muscle ups when I was around 13% body fat and I gained 8/10 pounds and I couldn’t do them anymore. Most I could do was like 1/2 max. You’re already close I’d say losing a few pounds of fat will get you over the bar.

I don’t know if it matters but when I’m doin cable cross I always alternate which hand is on top each rep. In my mind it makes the left and right pec even 😂. But I’m no trainer or anything I just lift for fun hHa
youve got the strength to get one with the right knee swing. just need to focus on how your swinging. after that you can dial in the form

Resistance bands big dawg. I just started my pullup journey like 6 months back, and first few months I couldn't even do three pullups. Now I'm doing five muscle ups without touching the ground. Also lat pull downs, and weighted dips will help your muscle up.

@@THECINCONOMY So to warm up I start off with all varieties of stretches and limber up with some dumbbell ground stretching. Then when I'm loose and limber I hit the pull up bar to start my workout. -3 sets of 10 slow full range of motion pull ups. -moving to the lat pull downs, do 3 sets of 15-20 usually no more than 100-120lbs. Then weighted dips 3 sets to failure usually with a 45lb plate. I do those one set at a time all in rotation. So for example: I would do a set of slow pull ups, then rest for 15 seconds and do a set of lat pull downs, and then rest while you plated up for a set up weighted dips. Then rinse and repeat. Til you got 3 for 3 sets on all 3 workouts. (Plus like I said big dawg attaching a resistance band to the bar also helps progression.)
