Leviticus Chapter 24: 10-16 Continuation of Summary: That’s some hard stuff! You thought Pastor was bad! Joel Olsten would not preach this book! The further you get from God's authority, the looser you get with your lips. How many people now that God doesn’t have logistical limitations. It doesn’t matter where or who you are God listens, hears and affirms the truth. God doesn’t have a problem with capital punishment, he is the one who initiated capital punishment. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you came from, at the end of the day you are the image bearer of God. We are truth-seekers, and we are supposed to seek the truth. Everything that you read in the old testament symbolizes the coming of Jesus Christ the Messiah. Pay attention to the little things. The word blaspheme means and refers to what you say about God. To us, actions speak louder than words. If someone lets you get away with stuff Christians don't do, then they basically are saying that you are not a Christian. Why would you allow you representing Christ, others to do things that are less than Christian values. If you allow someone to do something that is wrong, then they are disrespecting you. The fake spirit of God doesn’t live in you. You don’t want a fake spirit of God to hold on to when the rapture happens. If you came to C Street, you came to be strong in the Lord. If you are in the presence of people that don’t know how strong you are, show them! We should constrain our mouths! We are so culturally driven we let other people guide us instead of the word of God. You don’t bring nasty things into the house of God. Its not your business!? What do you mean? God brought you out of suffering so you can be part of the solution instead of being part of the problem. Let people fall on themselves because God will take care of them himself. If we believe in God, Jesus Christ who is our Savior, he will save us. If someone did something wrong, he deserves to know what he did wrong. You need to confront him! There are so many ways to resolve an issue without spreading things and making things worse. When we don’t represent Christ, than we are out of fellowship. God doesn’t stop being God just because you have a crappy moment. God will not abandon you. The only reason you feel God left you is because your feelings are jacked! God is not the kind of God that adapts to your emotions. Jesus said, I will never leave you or forsake you! He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow! The Lord will always speak to your leader. I would rather be a fool in the eyes of man than a fool in the eyes of God. Doesn’t God have the authority to use you in whatever shape or form he wants you to? Today as you go throughout the day, as the spirit of God guides you, as our Creator allows you to have life today, how are you going to respect the presence of your brothers?

The only way to love God is to actively obey him. That is, to know what his will is. How do we know what his will is? Through prayer and getting into the word (reading scripture).

We quench the Spirit whenever we despise prophetic utterances (1 Thessalonians 5:20). This tells me that we should not "clamp" anyone elses hose. We should respect each others spiritual gifts. I know you agree Pastor.
