I didn’t find it easy plus I was afraid if I got it on I might never get it off so I finally gave it. And I wasn’t expecting it to be a hard plastic either. For some reason I expected it to be more like the seat material. I don’t think I have seen any pictures of the rollator folded with the backrest on. Is it even possible? Actually, there are very few pictures of the rollator with the backrest attached. I love everything about my ultralight except the backrest and I really regret spending the money on it.

The plastic backrest broke in half after just over 2 years of light use. It should be nylon, not plastic! My husband needs the backrest for safety. The backrest is much too expensive to replace if it lasts only 2 years. Please - how do I fix the problem?

Cannot attach backrest. It is too cumbersome and rigid. Video makes it look easy but it is not. Very disappointed.

In the US. We have the Americans With Disabilities Act which requires all public buildings and sidewalks to have ramps/ elevators, etc. so that everything is equally accessible. I was just traveling in the UK with my Acre rollator and had to carry it up and down stairs in a few places. I realized how good we have it here for the disabled.

This Rollator is the coolest most stylish I’ve ever seen before. I’ve tried to contact them because I feel that if they combined my biomechanics, we together would have the best biomechanics and technology in the world for relators and transporters.

Be sure to collapse the handles if you've previously extended them....took us an embarrassingly long time to figure out that's why it wasn't fitting for us. <facepalm>

I have a bad back, used to use a walking staff but it has become so bad I can no longer walk with it. When you said you have freedom to walk again thats exactly how I felt. With the rollator I can walk the park and be outside again. The seat is great because my back gives out after a hundred yards or so. Then a little rest and off I go again! 😂 At first I was self conscious about using it, but now I don't care what anyone thinks, besides it looks great and a lot of people say that.

Very reluctantly I bought the overlander and love it. I don’t use it indoors but it’s given me confidence when out with family.

This is the one thing that will prevent me from buying this walker. Old people should not have to use a drill bit and Loctite to remove, clean and replace a wheel. Wheels should be quick release; if a walker doesn’t have that feature then it’s not for me.

I am much older than you and when my Neurologist suggested a rollator I resisted. When visiting my mother-in-law I tried using her rollator just to check it out. My husband said that I walked with more confidence and I’ve been using a rollator ever since. Because I am older and have gray hair, most who comment are near my age and are very encouraging.

Before I retired, I worked for a company that made carbon fiber tooling for companies like Boeing, NASA, the list goes on and on. Can you tell me is the rollator solid or hollow? What specific carbon material was used for lay-up? ie. how course of weave is it. How many layers were used? Was the resin infused or was it layed up wet. I like the design but is a locking X truss brace sufficient for rigidity? Presently its 8/14/23 If I were interested in purchasing this rollator how long would I have to wait?

Liked the technology, one suggestion to add a power facility to sit and drive when that person gets tired .

Thank you for putting out this video. I'm getting ready to purchase a rollator. Using a walker indoors has been a lifesaver and relieved me of so much pain. I look forward to getting my rollatorr so I can get outside and take walks. It feels incredible to be able to walk again without pain and limping. (Even if I have to use a piece of equipment.)

I use a rollator after breaking the top of my tibia very badly two years ago. My friends say I should wean myself off it but I am terrified of falling now my bones are less strong. Janneke is correct. It does give freedom and reassurance. I've just bought a better one than my first. Why don't people understand these aids better?
