I keep hearing negative reviews or comments about the food there. Considering they've been open over 40 years you would think the food quality would be at the top of the comments by now. I live in Indiana and growing up my dads mom and Stepdad lived all over Colorado and we would family vacation there about every three years or so but every time we were there in Colorado the Restaurant was a definite destination we would visit, every single time. I was probably around 12 or 14 the last time I had been there and I'm 56 now . I dont remember how the food was but it couldn't have been too bad because if it was terrible my Grandmother definitely wouldn't go back rather we were doing a family vacation or not. One thing I especially remember was always long lines going outside and sometimes around the corner waiting to get in and you may wait in line close to 1 1/2 to 2 hours but the coolest thing I had seen only there and even to this day I still haven't seen anywhere else was while you waited outside in that hot sun they would serve drinks and home made hot fresh Nachos so you had snacks and drinks while you waited. I dont know if they still do that now or not

Finally! An honest realtor. Every other realtor is saying it's still a hot sellers market and buy now, before it's too late....sheesh. You are right, it based on supply, demand and public opinion.
