This is where teams need to rely on the running game here... use motion... and i don't see any of these dudes reading the defense.. Kyler/OC need to check these defenses and run the football to open up the passing lanes for these guys.. because theyre literally having 7 guys defending 4 receivers and theyre all covered.

Lots of things to like for a rookie tackle, he got his hands on first a good amount, and his hand placement tech is pretty good. Really just needs to work on his base. He plays pretty high and stiff, which allowed Thibodeaux to bend around him or swim over top too often. This also gives defenders a massive target to get their hands into his chest on bull rush, which were not very good reps for him. There is definitely a lot of good tools here just needs to play with a much lower and more solid base in my opinion.

What I don't understand is, we got Moore and Odunze and for some reason Carter is getting the ball thrown to him in critical situations. Good teams scheme their playmakers open most of the time. He throws the ball into triple caverage to deondre Carter. I mean if he's tripled then Moore and Odinze must be open or at the least single covered.

Tough matchup but I think he held up well considering the dude (alien?) he was going against. I expected him to be solid to start the season but he’s been more than that. I expected him to struggle a little more with his anchor against NFL power but for the most part that hasn’t been an issue. There’s timing things that he’s still trying to figure out and in the run game he’s much more of a take-the-right-angle-and-get-the-job-done kind of guy than someone who’s gonna offer real pop and drive guys 4 or 5 yards off the ball but that’s fine. I mean we knew that coming in. Really good player.

Definitely a day two even day three pick; decent hand work but needs ton of work on his footwork and his intial punch in run or pass game is nothing great. Upper body strength needs alot of help to. A project OT that many have as a second rounder because of upside in a weak OT class.

I loved watching that guy run. Our dynasty league roster locks following week 17 - thru the offseason - til preseason week 4. We don't have a huge bench or a taxi squad either, so roster spots are at a premium. But I'm a guy who's to take swings and roll over the last couple bench spots often. And I found two 'my guys' that I needed to add. Morning after waivers cleared... lol "BRO WTF?? 35 faab for Carson Steele?!" "Are you f'n high?!" Who tf is carson Steele, a FB?!" lol.. just eviscerated in group chat that day. Became a bit of a running joke for a few weeks there (not to joke or wish injury on Pacheco by any means) but funny enough.. not a single joke yesterday. His name never even came up 🫠 Honestly happy for him and his family there. Good story and seems like a good kid. Fantasy aside, it was good to see him pick some tough yards and help the team pick up a win on the road. Falcons D ain't no slouch either
