How to make Monte Cristo Sandwich
Ingredients needed: (for making 2 sandwiches)
Bread - 6 slices
Mayonnaise - 8 tsp (preferably homemade)
Cheese slice - 8 slices
Ham slice - 6 slices
Eggs - 2
Milk - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Method:
Cut all the brown sides of bread. Take first bread and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise on it. Place a slice of cheese over it. Above that 2 ham slices. Again a slice of cheese over it. Take another bread and spread mayonnaise both of the sides. Again repeat the proces...
