No, it's not a stupid question, I would suggest using a soft visor sheet like a transparent visor sheet on which you can put a white visor film so that people from outside can't see your eyes, but you can see them. plus for an even cooler effect, I would place LEDs on the inside, but that's optional

That's how they've drawn the sword in the anime, I've simply made the 3D printable model. It does not need to cut anything since it is just for cosplay purposes and should be printed in plastic. If I ever need to fight someone with a sword, I will buy a real sword with a handle designed to keep the blade straight, thanks for your suggestion.
