Where to Stay When Visiting Las Vegas // Hotel Regions
Las Vegas is a large metro area - but a bulk of the visitors spend time on a four-mile stretch known as the Las Vegas Strip. There are a number of resorts and lodging options that one can experience while in Las Vegas and each have their pros and cons. This video explores 5 major "regions", of which they can be on-Strip and off-Strip locations, and what to expect when booking your next (or first) Vegas stay.

Cartagena vs Medellin | The Starter's Guide to Visiting Two of Colombia's Most Popular Cities

We had a wonderful time exploring the gorgeous country of Colombia via Cartagena and Medellin. Both have their charm and amazing places to discover. We definitely just scratched the surface, but what an amazing experience! I recommend Cartagena and (especially) Medellin to anyone that wants a fairly tame introduction to South America. Even for the experienced traveller, you can find something i...

Plastic City Miami
I grew up in Miami and I couldn’t afford it anymore so I moved to Melbourne Florida half the cost of living
I live in Orlando I was over in indialantic the other day
Thank you. Appreciate your work.
💙💙💙💙💙this
Hey! Is a 6:02 6:04 Luxury charter sales consultant similar to this role? Or what would be the difference? Got an opportunity for this career path so some insight would be great. Thanks for you video man! 😁🙌
Can I visit you? 😂 I want to see how it's like. Working there 😮😁
bawss
Great video. I'm from Toronto and have driven to and in Orlando and Miami several times, however, each time it feels like a new experience. So thank you for the tips.
I have liked and i have subscribed. I'm very interested and would like to know more. Am a beginner with no experience whatsoever but id like to take on this career path.
Thanks for the comment. I'm super late here - but my advice would be to apply for "charter jet sales" or "charter broker sales" roles. They are fairly plentiful, similar to any sales position.
We're full, especially Miami Dade. Stay home or move someplace else.
As a florida man, i'm coming from London UK.... Would you recommend Miami or Naples?
Depends on what you want to do. Naples is much more chill than Miami. Miami is a big city with lots to do. Naples is for relaxing.
You sound so great!💯
Hey bro, I loved your video, I have 10 years of experience in luxury cruises, travel and hospitality.. I live in France I'm getting my PPL but since I discovered this private jet charter broker possibility I'm killing to reach this goal, is becoming my life goal. Can I contact you in some other way I would love to chat with you and even I will do my best to give your contact to all my network.
I grew up (my teenage years) in Miami and moved to Denver a year ago and crazy enough I find that drivers here are more stupidly aggressive, though at least they pay more attention (less swerving). What I don't like about here is they tailgate you for no reason, you kinda have to drive fast here because if you just try to drive slow in the right lane EVEN if there is no traffic on the road they will still tailgate you, like wtf.
That's pretty wild. I was in Vegas not too long ago and I thought the driving was a bit more aggressive than the last few times I was there too. Maybe more Miami drivers are moving to these west coast cities?😁
Best video I came across love the Honesty I’m going next month I wasn’t sure where to stay it was a bunch of advertisements & fake news I just clicked subscribe 👍
How much was the flight from Cartagena to Medellin? & how long was the flight
We paid just over $100 for the one-way. The flight from CTG to MDE was roughly an hour.
That’s the flag of Chile, not Texas
Yikes, how embarrassing 😳
Succinct, Informative and well organized presentation. Thank you.
I appreciate that
I liked your video but I must say that Cartagena has a lot of beautiful beaches, just not near downtown or the buildings area. Google "Islas del Rosario" or "Baru - cartagena". Those beaches are part of Cartagena and are a few minutes away by boat, there's even a beach called "Cholon" where they have parties every day, you missed them.
I clearly missed out on those beaches. I have heard some people say they have a great time there!
Awesome presentation ! too short, LOL , how can I obtain more info to " START" ?
Thanks for the comment. I'm late responding - apologies! To start, your best bet would be to look for "jet charter sales" or "charter broker sales" type positions.
I love this 🧡💚🐍This is extra special to me when I heard the #Marching"100" playing FAMU Spirit.I remember recording that CD.This was my Freshman year (Hubba Fall 2000) 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿i was cold.outside that day on the patch .This is dope though.I bleed orange & green.
Glad I could take you down memory lane!
Dope Video. Definitely need that spanish down here lol
Thanks i visited for a week from London and loved it Fort L was very nice too
The Large majority of the population in Miami is of cuban 🇨🇺 origin so knowing Spanish is definitely recommended even though Cubans have been living in Miami forever so alot of cuban generations also know English due to growing up in Miami at a young age.
Enjoyed this video.Do you know of any senior apartments near downtown Miami?
There’s a reason why you don’t have to have a license to be a jet broker because it’s so very very hard to actually get a sale lol trust me, I know
It’s extremely difficult. When you do get one it’s very satisfying, but even then there’s no guarantee for the next time.
I'm out here in San Francisco I would like to assume there's plenty of opportunities to get into something like this as a full-time job. I just need to find out how
Honestly I found it on Indeed. I’ve seen opening on there and LinkedIn. There are charter brokerages everywhere, particularly next to airports.
@@mmersive
You left out. How do you get into something like this?
There are plenty of private charter brokers (specific if you're in NY, LA, MI, ATL, and TX), so look them up and send in an application! Source: Worked at one in NY
Can you hook a brother up?
Maybe one day haha
Thanks son. Nice
I'm thinking of spending 3 days in each city...😊
I think I am going to skip Cartagena. I hate humidity and being pestered. I love nice beaches with white sand with turquoise waters and it sounds like Cartagena is not it!
Yeah, Medellin is probably more your vibe haha.
Great video!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you !
Not a problem!
Love you presentation and sincerity. Im looking to move from NYC. The only thing for me thats a huge questionmark and is very hard to get a straight answer for is the flooding that can happen down there. Visited Miami twice and loved everthing about it.
Good question - honestly, Miami is a very tropical climate with essentially zero elevation. So a typical summer rain event can lead to street ponding which usually drains after a day or so. However, over the past few years, there have been notable heavy rains that have caused major flooding. Areas in Miami Beach and Brickell flood roughly twice a year and last year the FLL airport had to close due a serious rainstorm! Given climate change, I'd imagine these heavy rain events will be more frequent. Something to keep in mind though - all of these flood events have taken place EAST of I-95. Areas to the west have better infrastructure and slightly more elevation to deal with the rainfall.
The pedestrians bit had me in tears. So true. You crushed it ! 👊😂
Thanks!
Miami not the same, it’s overcrowded, expensive, third worldy, only thing keeping here is family
Great video thanks for the tips! What is your opinion on moving to Miami as young(ish) newer entrepreneur couple? Both businesses already established, and we feel like being in Miami around lots of great successful people could really help us take off.
I feel like anywhere you surround yourself with successful and driven people you will succeed. Any reason in particular you're thinking about coming to Miami?
I am actually from Fort Lauderdale, long story short moved to NC in 2018 because I had to get away from my old lifestyle. I was heavily addicted to booze and drugs, hanging out with the wrong crowds etc. But now after 6 years away and 5 year of sobriety the mother land is calling my name it seems like. Especially considering the fact that I now help people find long term sobriety through health, it feels like South Florida will be a much more receptive crowd than the crowd here in SC. Plus my wife is a singer, and South FL/ Miami makes more sense for her as well.@@mmersive
That is very true. Well I am originally from Pompano Beach area, but moved away to NC in 2018 as my life was a mess and I was dealing with heavy booze & drug addictions, so I had to get away. Now with 6 years away and nearly 5 years of sobriety and healing I am ready to come back home. I am a health and sobriety coach helping others with their struggles and I believe the FLL Miami area will be much more suited for this. Plus my wife is a singer and we can foresee many opportunities for her down there! Not looking forward for the heat and the drivers... but willing to be where the people and success is. @@mmersive
@@mmersive that makes sense I agree. I am actually from the FLL/Pompano Beach area, but I moved in 2018 to NC to get in new environment as I was dealing with severe booze and drug addiction. Now after 6 years away and lots of healing I am ready to come back home. I am a health and sobriety coach, and it seems like SOFLO makes much more sense for what I am building. Plus my wife is a classical singer/artist, so we are even considering Miami! PS: I answered twice before but for some reason I cannot see my comment, sorry if you have 3 replies from me lol
@@s2kkev292 No worries about the double reply! And I'm happy to hear you're doing much better with your healing! Keep it up! I agree, South Florida is party central, so your coaching would certainly help quite a few people. Broward is calmer than Miami-Dade, but as long as you go in know what to expect, you'll be just fine.
He’s not been here long enough…you’d think people moving to America would learn English.
Not when Miami is known as the capital of Latin America and the large majority of the population is of Cuban 🇨🇺 descent
@@JuniorCruz241 So that's a reason. They claim to so American www.flsenate.gov/laws/constitution And they still have that 3rd world mentality...Some much FRAUD here from them.
Thank you bro .I really appreciate your video.. Straight forward and informative.
Hurricane plan and supplies....ok. that is reallly something to think about
We've been lucky the past few years on the east coast of Florida, but it's always something in the back of my mind. The good thing is that you typically get a few days to a week to think out your plan if a storm is bearing down.
@@mmersive well that is some useful stuff to know. I plan on moving there this year. Im excited
im going to miami next month ive never drive there. i live in colombia , bogota and the traffic here its absolutly the worst on the planet so i have pretty experience, i just wanted to know about the tolls and some speedlimits, i will rent a compact car so im not like the altimas guys, any advise my friend?
I was in Colombia last summer and it reminded me a lot of Miami. It was a bit scarier driving around in Colombia, to be honest, but everyone seemed to get around just fine. You should fit right in. Speed limits differ depending on the road, but 50-60 miles per hour is typically on the highways. Tolls are everywhere and really a part of the Miami highways system. Many of the major expressways have a toll associated with them - usually a few dollars.
@@mmersive thanks brother yes the traffic here in Bogota its absolutely caothic, ive been few times in miami but never rented a car because i have family and friends they drive me around but this time i want to enjoy myself riding, thanks for those tips bro, yeah here its very scary in Colombia at least in the US its bit more.. Lets say organized
Brilliant!

Just awesome
BEAUTIFUL!!!
Awesome work with the drone showing off our beautiful campus, and having the Marching 100 in the background is genius.😀🧡💚🐍🐍🐍
Thank you so much 😁
this is dope... I'm going to play it in my office
That was my main objective...you can loop it and play it like a screensaver!

Much appreciated!
This is fabulous, seeing how beautiful our campus is from an aerial view. Of course, the band is exceptional. Whoever thought of this is a genius. Thank you
