Dover Castle Christmas 2024
Paid a visit to Dover Castle a very well preserved Norman Castle. Been many times before but, visited this time for the Christmas event. It was advertised as based on Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol". Apart from the ghost of Christmas present in the Grand Dining Room, it was difficult to relate to the story I'm familiar with. The castle is operated by English Heritage which we are members so entry was free, would have been put out if we'd paid entry. Did get some nice preserves for a treat.
