How does one “see” or imagine the golden or purple/lilac light coming through the top of one’s head and lighting up one’s body from the inside? I seem to draw a blank and it remains black besides a few flickers and swirls of colour on the inside of my eyelids? 😊
If you can’t see, then your intuition has a different primary type and seeing is just your weakest. Which one of these pops in your head as you read this. What is your primary? Hearing, feeling or knowing?
You can do a type of humming to get into the theta state very quickly. No matter the outside noise or activity (unless you have to actively move or focus on something physical) If you do The breath work, and do not relax for theta then the common person is likely to get a beta thought as a substitute for your expectation
The explanation on brain waves was to explain Alpha is less unreliable, but with this technique, it's going to be on subjects the ego has personal attachment to and causes constriction and contraction in the heart chakra area. I have future videos where I get deeper into ego attachment and how to identify messages. My work has moved beyond humming and breath work. I know how to train the mind to enter theta at will. It is at the heart of my framework and not something I teach for free on RUclips. I also discourage and dislike words like common man. The point of my work is to remove the "I was born special" factor that exists in religion and spirituality.

I have aphantasia and see noyhing but blotchiness when I close my eyes.I am trying not to be discouraged (or even angry), but I don't know how to overcome or move beyond it.

Hey Adam love content very simple skill but but it always seems I've got a glass ceiling like I can't go very high above my head . I'm gonna encorporate into my meditation
It's a subconscious block. Something in your mind creating a barrier between you and the Divine.
I made a sponge analogy I like a lot .. imagine one of those dehydrated little pebble size sponge that will become huge after absorbing water.. you take that and put it in red dye.. that’s your childhood.. after you have your own autonomy the sponge is put in clear water .. it turns that water red.. then repeat x? .. even after hundreds of buckets of clear water the core of that sponge is still red .. and still makes the water pink every time you try to get it out

Why does anyone need to tell you to use proper grammar and punctuation? I am a certified academic language practitioner and without proper grammar and punctuation, you can be misunderstood and what you write can be taken many ways. Why should you get bent out of shape when you were the one who was wrong?

I’m sorry I’m so shallow but the hat is too distracting. It’s covering 1/2 your face and gives me weird vibes. Weird, right?! Never had such a visceral reaction to someone wearing a hat. 😮 Good luck with your channel, I’m sure it great.
It’s blessed with the energy of the angels. The visceral reaction has to do with your internal relationship with them. I get a wide variety of comments about my hat and it tells me much about them and their subconscious relationship with the divine.
There is no reason to wear a hat inside.

Hi Adam, I am a psychic medium who is mainly clairaudient and clairsentient empath and I work with the Angels and Archangels, mostly AA Michael. I just speak to them and hear them, as if I was talking to a person and hear them answering ( I do meditate 5 days a week, though)

These are my besties, especially AA Michael❤ but I can tell you that as a mother to a neurodivergent child I did scream at them few times and asked the to F!$#%ing help me, and they did! I always apologized when I did that...but they are so wonderful. They told me they understand and don't judge ❤
