Movement should be soft and gentle. Breath should be throughout the motion such that the inhale/exhale should last the duration of the movement Practice 6-12 breaths per movement. Mind should stay focused on the movement and the breath. If there is boredom or frustration, I hope you enjoy it as it part of the practice.
