My dentist gave all of his clients a specific tounge-scraping toothbrush in their little bags along with a regular brush. One side is hard, short bristles and the other a scraping tool. Works great!

I can't do this, i have a tongue piercing. I use the back of my toothbrush, floss, and Non-acoholic mouth wash. And then i also use sterile saline to clean the piercing and area around the piercing. Works the same, just more steps. Ive noticed little to no difference from when i didnt have it and did have it. Plus it's more cost friendly, especially if youre homeless like how i used to be as a kid when i first started dojng it
