I watched this video and was in so much pain. I immediately ordered the product on Amazon. I applied it as a mask, wore it overnight, and I kid you not, washed it off the next morning, and all five cysts on my chin were flattened smooth, much smaller, much less red, and zero pain. After three consecutive days of doing this, I am feeling confident that they will be gone but at least I can use concealer to cover them up now. The package DOES say it’s safe to leave on overnight.

Girl I used to love the smoothie when my hair was damaged it definitely helped it appear thicker and curl up !!over time it was great for my hair and helped it maintain moisture leading to healthy hair . Now 7 years later once I have healthy hair I can’t use any product that’s too thick or it just weighs it down ! Now the milk never used to do anything for my damaged hair but now that’s it’s in great shape , the milk maintains my hair and provides volume ,definition and shine !!!I think the smoothie is more for damaged hair or just in general extremely thick hair based on when my friends used it and when I used it .the smoothie is great diluted with water on my ends and great to use to smooth hair down with buns because of the thickness ! A great gel substitute .!
