This is an Audio CD Recorder, right? From this video, am I to conclude that it just plays pre-recorded CDs? It doesn't actually record (burn) CDs? I'm glad I watched this video. I was considering one of these to burn CDs. Most deceptive advertising on the part of Onkyo. Thanks for clearing this up. Saved me an unnecessary purchase!

I had one of these and I just loved it. Mini disc just came and went in like 2 years or so. I recorded and played great everytime.

oh i play my music from my mac mini computer and listen to apple lossless music and even watch youtube video's with my kenwood and love it.

i bought mine in 1993 along with techics 3 ways haha i actually still have them in the attic,but i have 3 way cabinets i built with 12's all dayton audio speakers i decided to upgrade and bought a yamaha and man i took that yamaha and put it right back in the box,the bass is weak and you cant do just like you did and play one speaker at a time and i do that alot late at night,the yamaha might have been a touch cleaner but im a basshead and the kenwood blew it out of the water so DO NOT get rid of it haha damn now ive got to send a ton of stuff back.enjoy

two comments now - having only left and right channels without coaxial on the rear is a bit strange.
