Thank you for your comment; the OSI model is a reference model for learning and troubleshooting network issues. Having a good understanding of the OSI model gives you the skill to pinpoint where the problem is and what you have to troubleshoot. For example, let's say you have an issue with a PC connecting to the Internet; if you use OSI model layers, if you start from layer 1, layer 1 is the physical layer here, you will check the cable connection if your calling is good that means you move to layer two which is date link layer here will check the switch and see which port is your pc connected and see if you can see the mac address, from there you will move other layers and move on your troubleshooting. and best way to desccribe layer 2 is "Layer 2, the Data Link Layer, is the second layer in the OSI model. It is responsible for the reliable transmission of data across a physical network link. This layer provides node-to-node data transfer and handles error detection and correction to ensure that the data is delivered correctly to the upper layers."

if you have enable intel virualizaion in bios, follow this link to disable Hyper-V in Windows www.xda-developers.com/disable-hyper-v-windows-11/

@@cyberduckysg Thanks for reaching out again. So my issue is not with the installation itself. When i disable hyper V, i install cml but once i try to run the lab because i disabled virtualization to install the cml server on Vmware, im unable to run any lab on that server.

@@cyberduckysg Hi, Ok, i can tell you. Example about me. I have CCNA certification, but i don't have work experience in Networking jobs stuff. Sometimes, if i read requirement in jobs application, i'll feel anxiety and scared. Because, there are insights that I haven't learned. Example like Linux Advance, Cloud, and etc. Oh yes, one thing again. I really don't know about Network Engineer culture in Singapore. That's sometimes make me doubt to apply Network Engineer jobs in Singapore

Hi, congratulations on your CCNA.try to do some entry-level Network jobs to have some experience. It will make you confident. dont worry about advanced skills or Examples like Linux Advance and Cloud solutions now. What you need is work experience in network implementation troubleshooting network related issues. That will give you confidence, and you will be able to speak confidentially during interviews. Also, it will be advantageous if you have cloud computing knowledge and Linux experience.
