As the owner, collector, and builder of SEVERAL "Shoebox" Fords for more than 50 years I will tell you right now that this is NOT a 1950, it is and always has been a 1949. The door handles, gas fille, trunk lid hinges and trunk handle are all 1949 and the doors and door handles as well as the gas filler are not exchangeable without tons of modifications.
