i know this video is 4 years old but i’m hoping you’ll respond 😭 your times are insane btw i wish to one day reach your times but currently i can’t even run at a medium pace for more than 1 minute, im going to the gym to walk for 10-15 minutes a day and i also will jog for maybe 1-2 minutes every 5 minutes of walking but I have zero experience with cardio exercises and only know stuff abt body building and weight training im just wanting to know if what im doing now will help i have 2 months to train up to my goal which is just being physically capable of jogging 2 miles in under 25 minutes, will my training work or should i implement sprints or other exercises that you know, also I was running today and got the worst pain in my shins and had to stop multiple times, god bless you for the tip on the heel walks and the toe taps i’ll definitely be trying those

Your argument only makes sense if your saying one should not have any gun for defense in a apartment. A handgun round will go through more walls than a shotgun round. It's smaller and will penitrate and more likely to kill where the shotgun will only wound. And if it's a life and death situation the damage to a apartment wouldn't be the major concern. I agree it's better a less leathal pepper spray or taser in a apartment. But 9mm 38spl goes through more walls at greater distance than buckshot. and one is more likely to miss.

What do you guys think about the Taurus Judge in an apartment? Revolver with .410 shotgun shells. You can even use birdshot. From what I have read the biggest turnoff from the judge is bad spread at over 20ft. Don't think you would need more range than that in an apartment building though.
