joker...........sold out. Enjoy it and get ya plates up son.. why do it again and effectively bite the hand that fed ya
Dominic Ingle, one of the best in the business. I always learn lots from listening to him, he never pulls his punches 🥊
Did he pay to have a face like that lol😂
I hope it all fails. He mandated no jab no job with Pimlico. A disgusting person.
Lol how to piss of all the other restaurant owners in the area, stealing workers gonna get you into trouble
Jsut stumbled across this. Had to finish my job so i could listen and make notes !!!
Love it 👌🏻
Great content definitely worth a watch keep up the good work
Thanks a lot! Any recommendations of who you’d like to see on the show ?
Brilliant podcast, James being local to me I’ve been in a few of his businesses with the kids without knowing. JT can you recommend any marketing books or sales. I’m a new business any I need to get my name out there and gain more B2B customers. I’ll have to work in and on the business for a few years but will push to work solely on it. Thanks
Are you on linked in ? That’s great for B2B. What is it you do and I’ll see if I can give anymore specific advice but I would suggest tracking down the decision makers ie maintenance managers and Quantity surveyors of the businesses you want to work with.
Absolute nonsense. Marketing yes. Innovation? Lies. If it was about the staff believing at retail why are most sales online?
James is the best in the business! Magic podcast Jamie 🙂
I agree. Thanks 👍🏻
"They sell more retail per foot" what does this actually mean?
A high sales-per-square-foot number indicates that your store's management is efficient in driving sales in the space allotted to them. It means they are apparently doing all the right things when it comes to choosing and displaying products in-store
Love JS been following him for a long time. The pod with JB is great.
Yeah he’s great and the business broadcast is too. I was on it a few years ago and always had the goal of getting James on mine. So was great to have him on!
Cracking podcast, thanks for the advice
Thanks for watching!
Interesting take on the VAT cap tbf. Makes good points... 👍 Solid episode JT! 👏
Yeah it creates such an artificial ceiling! Thanks, James was great, made my job easy!
When is James’s pod coming out??
Friday 8th
Absolute bollocks
So you don’t agree Apple are selling more in there stores per square foot than any other retailer ?
Thank you so much!
Great Advice! will be implementing this from today.
Excellent!
Watch the full episode out on Friday 8th
@@TaylorTalksTradeswill do thank you!
Gym is actually a nice touch and could see having actual call handlers being good for marketing.
He’s such a muppet went on television to save I’m leaving Briton because of the labour government selling up total lies
i think he comletely missed the point of what sugar was saying..... tthose who cant do teach or grift......
It’s in the blood plumbers don’t retire he missed it to much
Basically, trade people will be fucking rich because they charge outrageous and that too in fucking cash most of time. I always hire non local works man for the same reason. Firstly, too much attitude and then i don't want to pay for their luxurious holiday.
I interviewed the stone masonry apprentices at Gloucester in this episode ruclips.net/video/5KP5XpaWm3w/видео.htmlsi=Hs1vGgxHN_AR1YxD
I’m about to get out of the military after serving 6 years of honorable service.. I have no idea what to do when I get out. This video has givin me a little hope.
Love it Charlie! Loved my time at Pimlico plumbers 😎
Great interview, I'm a self employed Plumber from Dublin. I first discovered Charlie M. during my Plumbing apprenticeship watching Secret Millionaire on TV he has been my inspiration since, the man gave me hope during my apprenticeship during a bad recession back in 2009 which I set up self employed and never looked back since. Also after reading his book great story. Best of luck to you and Charlie, John ☘️💚
If he’s not paying tax in this country then he can do one!
He’s paid over £100+ million in tax
Dude you can barely even talk wtf you sticking on a gillet and pretending otherwise?
Another one if he was made of chocolate he would eat himself
I’ve always admired Charlie. Met him few years ago at a business conference. Sad to see him in this state, hope he gets the help he needs.
Check out our most recent episode Luke he’s in good form 👍🏻
Is he on coke on this one?
As a person in the trades, four day weeks are our only thing keeping us sane. Want someone to work 5,6,7 days? Buckle up and pay overtime. Because that's the only other thing keeping us sane.
Kelly plastic surging Batman
Such nonsense.
😂Great to see you less than 100meters from your old business Pimlico plumber that you sold to the Yanks for over 100 million now that my friend is what you call a business deal...😊
I have a plate for sale for your van Of70 POO £1995 On retention Can be sold through a broker /middle man
I’ll pass this on to Charlie and see if he’s interested
"Customer expects a lot more from you now" yeah a bigger bill 😂
Dont forget they must have the covid job or get fired
Great interview. I was an apprentice myself in the engineering industry, 12 years later, now 28 years old and I am 7 months into running my own company 👍
how do you judge a good plumber?
Surely he regrets those eyebrows more
Guys a dopey bas!ard
Judge them on the quality of the work
Quality. 👏🏻
Imagine being so smart in your business life & then meeting turned over with the Surgeons you employ.
sorry but thats not true at all, I've worked for years with no sign writing, word of mouth is a far stronger way to work on reputation... Uniform yes 100% agree
Charlie had 200+ vans in his fleet. My roofing business has 20+ vans. It definitely works if you want to grow a large business and employ a lot of staff. It’s how you build a brand.
@@TaylorTalksTrades Very true, if your want to upscale then signwriting is a must but reputation at the start is a must for me but I suppose this is each to there own so to speak. We are curently looking to expand the business so we will definatley take this on board moving forward. :)
Well Done Charlie. What an incredible set up.
Piss off with your silly uniform qnd bloody id badges ffs.
Why’s Rod Stewart talking About plumbing ?
Temu Rod Stewart
Pmsl 😂😂😂😂😂😂
