if you have coordinates, it's at (38,29). You also need to kill Thistlefur mobs in the area til they drop an item called Primal Insight. To get to where the video starts, you have to go to the Thistlefur encampment between Maestra's Post & Astranaar in Ashenvale. You can get there from the main road then follow the pathway north, following the dotted line on the world map. you're going to keep following it north past a few giant stone pillars/archway totem things and a lot of Thistlefur til you get to an opening that leads right into the giant tree that this video starts in. Then you just go to where they go to and use your Primal Insight and you got your rune!
