That was a fun rocket to build and fly!!
How can you lose a rocket in a freshly cut paddock? Easy. Remember the shovel!!😂
I've used potassium nitrate and granulated sugar, but why still can't fly, it only emits smoke.
Bake your potassium nitrate at 250 deg. for an hour to remove moisture. Also grind it to a dust as it does not melt so small particles work better. Cheers Professor Boz
@@MarkB-mb8fkthe composition of my rocket is 65% kno3 and 35% granulated sugar with a total weight of 100 grams, but it still doesn't fly even though I mixed it together and melted it together but it still doesn't fly.
@@MuarisgunwaHmm that is what I am trying soon. 100 grams may simply not be enough fuel, if it’s producing smoke the reaction is working Edit: maybe try powdered sugar?
Core is way to small
Good work!
And some luck. Second flight perfect as well. Third flight tried a cone shaped core and CATO. ruclips.net/video/SGfgklkwvok/видео.html Cheers Boz
Are you good at cooking?me:
Why yes I cook with wood over an open fire especially well! Cheers Boz
I have no understanding of rockets but that acceleration was sick
Yes 0 to 200mph in 2 seconds. No traction required. LOL enjoy
Great edit Cuz!! Love It!
She can go on may more flights.
Fetch the tree rocket Corea!
If only. LOL
Good launch professor! ☯️ Juicy footage thanks to your most excellent camera Brian!!🧐
YES!!!! I WANT IT BACK NOW!! LOL 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 VERY NICE!!!
Your tree slaying video randomly showed up in my suggested videos to watch a few days ago so I watched it because I made 2 attempts over the winter to drop a smaller tree to block a path on the side of my property that people constantly drive down. I thought drilling a hole and putting a 1"×3" ground salute would do it and the 2nd attempt was a bigger salute and it's still standing. You're probably confused and thinking I'm commenting on the wrong video by now. Well I went through your videos hoping to see if I could find some more info besides 5 lbs of tannerite. I came across this video and tears came instantly once I realized what you were actually doing. The whole reason I want this tree down and blocking this path is because I have my dog buried along the path. Now I'm even more determined to get this tree down and apparently the answer is 5 lbs of tannerite 😂 I'm thinking 1lb. of flash powder should do the trick. If not I guess 5lbs it is. Yes I know I can use a chainsaw but flash powder is cheaper then a chainsaw and fun
You have the best comment I've heard yet.!!!!! Careful with that flash powder. Gnarly stuff but safer than being crushed by a tree!!! Cheers Professor Boz
I like your style.
I am twisted. But many like it.LOL
edit ur videos, it would really help
Still learning my edit skills and I need to find something better than Clip Champ to edit with.
I love this vid! Nice work!
Glad you enjoyed it!
How much for these ticket engine systems?

Poor Bill.......
good
Thanks. Still working on my edit skills.
Loving this channel Professor! Keep it going!
looks like the old dana in/out 4x4 case. not the best unit
Thanks for the info.
Why not have the nail already in before the pour?
Helps pack the mix.

Cardboard has an extremely pitiful ballistic coefient.
didnt know you could use sorbitol. neat. thank you
doesn't caramelize like sugar and waste power. Cheers
Low temp melting compared to sugar.
lol Tick survived 🐥🔥 that was awesome! 🚗💨
Seems like tick got a hot ass 😅. Nice ride though.
Blew off at 14 G's.. Probably saved his life. LOL
🚀 Maybe next time Boz!

ThanksBro
That was Awesome 🚀
Glad you liked it!
We are all praying for Tic & Tac.
The professor as well 18 plus year old reload.
Very cool gizmo! What went wrong? What about the hatchback?
Hatchback deserves it own story but just getting an igniter lit in the upper stage doesn't get it lit every time. Best have some backup for a parachute or else.
Rocket Candy!!! ZOOM!!
Always like sorbitol instead of sugar. Melts long before it caramelizes which is a lose of power in sugar motors.
Noice! Fire and Ice!!🧐
Is that a miniature boiler run from an alcohol lamp? Turning a generator? Very cute!
Hot air engine and generator. Have to put a little clip together.
Very interesting and cool!
Glad you enjoyed. I have a half hour audio piece but I fall into video and data verbiage so often I think it would have a very limited audience. Cheers
My friend and the very engineer who maintained these commented as follows....Very nice nostalgic memory lane of returning the old video wall BTW....Yes, phosphorus does glow under black light.¿The black lights emit most of their light waves just outside the range humans can perceive, in the Ultraviolet (UV) part of the spectrum. When a UV light wave hits an object containing substances known as phosphors, those phosphors will naturally fluorescence and glow. The bulb is coated with phosphorus. This phosphorus, when hit with photons, creates heat as well as light.

Nice! Now ignite it!!
Challenge accepted. Indeed in recoil riots I unleash a large bag. LOL
Love the vid lol you sound like mad eyed moody off of Harry Potter 😂

Absolutely love this audio, professor. I think a lot of us who grew up during a similar (and simpler) time period can relate to this. Indeed, by using our minds eye, and nothing else! Thank You brother!🤘
Appreciate it cuz
Came across this video randomly and I love it! Your hilarious personality 😂 keep it up looking forward to more videos.
Indeed the professor is delighted to find others who share his sense of humor, twisted as it might be at times. Cheers and try my new audio only piece "Childhood musings"

Professor Boz always adds the acid to the water. Never the water to the acid!
Indeed my learned colleague except in lead acid batteries where there is no other way and the modest 5-6 molar strength of the sulfuric acid along with the huge thermal mass of the battery make it reasonable safe. Thanks I should add a warning.
Dear Professor Boz, thanks for the entertaining video! 3% hydrogen peroxide IS 3g per 100mL (wt/wt) so your 166 mL contains 5g, as you said. By my calculations that should make up 1.65L of O2. Fun!
Yes, correct 22 liters/mole and remember diatomic molecules. Clearly a superior Noodle.
To follow along H2O2 has a mole weight of 34g/mole. 5g/34g=0.147x22 liters per mole for gases/2 because oxygen binds with itself to form O2.
Love the visual interest 😅
Aah memorized by the display. So was I!
Love the cobbled “togetherness” of your experiment!
Indeed the professor enjoys cobbling and is cheap.
“Closer please…Clarice!”
