Were going in 6 days. No one from carnival told me about any soot! If there is and i can't use what i paid for there gona have to upgrade us. Im not getting soot all over my clothes. Thats a bunch of crap!

We didn't have any issues with soot. Sure there was a little but we didn't bring any in, and they cleaned our balcony twice on the 7-day cruise I was on at the end of August. Plus it rained at night but was dry during the day. I think the next time I'll bring some kind of curtain and 100lb magnet to hold them to create more privacy on the balcony since the decks are staggered unlike the aft balconies on the other ships I've been on with carnival

Will be on the Majestic Princess for 29 days in Sept-Oct, with a lot of cruise days. With my stateroom there are 2 TV's. How do I find out if I can get Netflix on the TV??? I do have a Netflix acct but no idea if Princess will allow streaming even with our 2 free wi-fi accounts.
