RAPTURE ATTACK SPEED KWANG is one of the CRAZIEST BUILDS I have ever cooked! - Predecessor Gameplay
In my goal of finding a strong build where Prophecy can work on Kwang, I decided to try out Rapture to synergize with this attack speed playstyle. Little did I know I might have just cooked up one of the craziest cooked builds I ever made in almost 3 years of playing this game!
