4 am! Mystars, that is true dedication to yourself. 👍 I like to journal in the morning as well. I love in Michigan, and winter makes it so hard to get out (this year the air literally tired to kill us it was so cold), by this time of year I miss the outside so much! I agree, it is so important! I often say "we must laugh as to keep from weeping." Great reminder that thoughts are things. We receive what we believe! These are great tools and reminders (and your guest star is so precious!).
