i do have hyperthyroidism. My hair was once straight and healthy and 6 months after I was diagnosed, my hair became very dry and the front part (partly bangs part) became curly like huhu (only the front part so it's really awkward). I thought it was because of my history if having my hair dyed but i noticed particularly, the frontpart, the newly grown hair grow curly :< . Im managing my thyroid issue now but I don't know if my hair texture will get better :<

Thank you for this video. I was suspecting this kind of problem for me and now I will adress a dr in fonctionnal medicine. I hope that this approach will help as they treat as well nutritional deficiencies, and microbiote disbioses that cause hypothyroidism. This with primitive reflexes therapy to definitely solve stress caused by my nervous system. I hope that I'll see some improvements. I also believe that meditation can cure everything some famous bouddist even cured gangrene from meditation and his case is documented in New York hospital. As a person with true naturally curly hair, this brush sucks. It makes my curls more like waves and makes it frizzy. The dupe I bought on Temu, works a bit better for me.

Using the point of a rat tail comb helps a lot with those root areas places that have spaces

Thanks for the explanation of course, bc it also seemed to be a pejorative term stylists used for black women. I've heard it said for myself just bc I have a 4a/b curl, despite having normal texture. And the insinuation is the hair is impossible to work with. Perhaps the industry will come up with a more neutral word for that?

I have lost so much hair after menapause. I don't know what to use any longer.

My hair is curly and getting very thin on top so it takes me a while styling to cover my scalp. What kind of haircut is best? I do have layers. Is a shorter haircut with layers best or would longer layers be better? I’ll try your techniques here too. Currently my hair is chin length

Is there such a thing as unscented products or products that do not have a strong chemical smell because I would love to wear my hair wavy curly, but I find that most of the products almost knocked me out because I’m so sensitive to all the chemical smell and all the super sensitive everything andI’m getting a little discouraged because pretty much everything I’m trying way too smelly and it just bothers me too much

I usually brush-style with the mousse. I like using the hairspray once my hair is dry to add hold.

I have coarse, thick, wavy hair and it is soooo helpful seeing both you and your daughter do your hair. I have also been working on figuring out innersense for awhile. I so appreciate your videos and it's fun when you and your daughter do them together, THANK YOU!!!!
