I don't even think Pro #3 is a pro for HOA because non HOA neighborhoods certainly can organize them. Lets be honest, HOA's are really not a very good thing for home owners unless they are very transient and do not intend to stay in the house long, look at the house as a commodity to be invested in. Not as a home to enjoy living in.

This is madness!!! It reminds me of Mr. Potter from It’s A Wonderful Life. This company is trying to create their own “Pottersville“. This is unfortunate because it’s keeping honest hard-working people from having the opportunity to be home owners at a reasonable price. There should be some sort of regulation to make sure families have the opportunity to buy before these mega corporations. I’m not even very fond of heavy Government involvement but the monopoly these mega companies will have is not ok.

This is multinational companies, investors and oligarchs laundering their money in the US real estate. Global Dirty money does not run out so they can buy our inventory for as long as they want. BUT Florida does not have the high paying jobs to sustains these prices. The rich will get richer here but our poor will get poorer and the homeless will look like California very soon. Mark my words.
