One thing that I hope to do is open up everyone's mind to the idea that things like avoidant attachment don't have to be labeled as a problem. The situations that people find ao difficult and feel are so permanent and unchanging don't have to be seen that way. I hope as I continue on I continue to encourage you!
btw when you reference avoidants, are you talking exclusively about dismissive avoidants? or would this apply to disorganized as well?
I'm talking generally about a pattern of avoidance that you may have noticed in a partner.
