Since 2013, we’ve been known as MDA, CEOWorld and ScaleUpAcademy.io, and all of these stages have been important steps towards accomplishing our mission. William's a fantastic source of knowledge and experience with not only start-ups, but existing companies as well looking to secure a foothold and mold their own success. I've just started in on his new book "Transformative". From my initial observations, it's well organized and the insights & tools it provides represent a fantastic distillation of the success companies find when they build culture, not only within their companies, but with their customers, and ultimately their industry as a whole. I liked William's new take on the phrase "culture eats strategy for breakfast" with "culture can feed strategy". This seems to be a core tenant of William's Transformative approach by allowing the culture of not only the company itself, but the customer experience to feed the overall strategy of the organization, allowing agility and adaptability to be inherently woven in...brilliant!
