The home itself is beautiful but….WHY on earth would someone build a home where you have a DIRECT VIEW of the guest toilet from the kitchen??? I actually purchased this home and that is the one design that I really dislike about the home.

General question: When you purchase a new construction home, does the builder provide you with extra tiles for the kitchen, backsplash, kitchen floor, and showers/bathrooms in case there is need for a repair later on and tiles broken in the process need to be replaced? I was in Lakewood Ranch last summer for two months good place to raise a family

Been in Lakewood Ranch for 24 years.had my house built here. Things have changed a lot use to be cow pasture across the road but still love it here . Coming from Atlanta traffic doesn't bother me at all.

Next time that you review a Lee Wetherington home can you show and talk about that Lee Wetherington is the only builder that includes in the plans a Florida Basement. We all need storage and this is the only builder that offers this feature. I love his designs.

What mic are you using sounds good, using smart phone ?

At first the sales office is great. One year later for our home still has outstanding issues, some from early on that were reported. Their flwp service is lacking. Many homes have cracked and damaged tiles that were discovered by a drone flyover.😢

Thanks for the video. The pattern in the floors has too much variation and is too distracting. Hopefully they have other options.

Thanks for the video. The primary bedroom is very spacious with room for a reading area. The primary bath also has a good layout with the water closet separated from the cIothing closet. That said, I wish builders would stop putting a bathroom or laundry room at the entry of the house as soon as you walk in the front door. It’s not very welcoming for guests. A den, dining room or bedroom seems more appropriate, as Mattamy has done in the Egmont model. A similar issue is having to walk through the laundry room from the garage everyday… not very welcoming for the owner nor functional when there isn’t a closet or drop zone area nearby.
