Hey just a bit of advice, your explanations would be more helpful if you were to go beyond surface level explanations. I get you want to sell your services, but this video is 14 minutes of you saying how Casper is simple if you use a know how to strategize without telling us anything about what that means.

You can break confideniality when it is something that can harm someone else or puts other people in danger or that person in danager
That is correct! Also think about the situations that the person might not be in direct danger but a professional relationship dynamics is crossing boundaries with a vulnerable person. For example a teacher-student relationship that crosses a line, or a doctor-patient relationship.
