Vistara, a joint venture between Tata Group and Singapore Airlines, will fully merge with Air India, also owned by Tata Group
Vistara will operate its last flight on November 11, after which it will integrate with Air India from November 12. Merging with Air India and reducing India's full-service carriers from five to one.
