A creeping delay is so frustrating but out of Newark United has many flights. Did you check with customer service to catch another flight that was not delayed?

I'd be embarrassed working for United.. They want to force people to pay extra for REGULAR economy seats. An aisle is now premium? And any economy window seat is premium? They are the extremely cramped economy seats that give everyone leg cramps. You can't even reach into a bag under your seat. It's too cramped to get anything out. And they will put anyone 8n an exit row that PAYS money for it. They don't care about safety. The 99 year old grandma is supposed to help people off the plane. And a Professional Firefighter can't have a seat there to rescue people? So infuriating. United also blocks all comments on their RUclips videos. Because they don't want to hear all the complaints. They don't want to hear from people at all

United airlines is way better than any other domestic airlines in America! And i do get all my moneys worth and more! I will fly again with United airlines.

I go on this flight every year, its really really bad in economy. You go crazy especially on this route because jewish people fly with like 5 kids per family (no offense at all) so they are always crying and it drives you crazy + your back is hurting the whole time and you dont have any space in your seat.

Next time show the menu pls. United food is getting better. I remember 2 yrs ago on my Polaris flight from IAD to LA, the food was disgusting. On business class international Polaris food is better.
