When boarding, it helps to have more than one objective than just disrupting the other crew. I sometimes look for their storage crate (if they have), try load it with their wood and dump it in the water before they spawned back. Or just dump and take whatever I see.

i mean it's fine as it is especially in pve. bomb darts kill gold skeletons in one shot (and sometimes with splash dmg) and can rock boats so you can get them unstuck slowly lure darts can make pve enemies change targets away from you. and poison i haven't used enough

after playing a whole lot of pvp over the course of this season so far I'd definitely say the blowdart is in need of a huge change. I think you were a bit too aggressive towards it over the course of the video while making a really sharp claim without much backing info aside from your own opinion of it, it's an incredibly support tool in pvp scenarios for helm to knock off of cannons or to assist a fellow crew member's board with constant knockback and fire damage from the black powder darts. on it's own the blowdart is more of a pve weapon but I've seen it shine in support use cases or for pressure in close quarter ship combat. Great video and content, but maybe tone down how brash the statements you make are. 👍

It’s pretty good against skellys and ghosts, you can easily take out a round of ghosts with a blow dart same for skellys. For pvp it is very niche but can be useful to knock people off cannons if you are steering the ship, I’ve also used it to kill a guy taking pot shots with the sniper in one of the skelly fort towers

I suck at pvp but I was still able to kill a whole galleon crew with the blowdart

Blowdart is pretty good honestly, black powder dart sets people on fire and hits through walls, poison dart does 80 damage to pirates, lure dart is more of a pve ammo type

perhaps its not the tool that's bad, perhaps it is simply the user.

Been playing this game since 2020 and I must say, season 13 was the most fun I've had since season 8.

I see you like to trash talk a little 😅 I can tolerate that in a game and I don't mind it being thrown my way but when players get inappropriate like saying creepy stuff like having kids in their basement (like a majority of the Sea of Thieves community for a bit for some odd reason), I tell them to scale it back since nobody (especially the younger players) needs to hear that.
