They really need to redevelope the seawalk nicer for another Cebu City tourists attraction And they should build a few seafood restaurants near the bridge with that kind of view you will attract many cebuanos to eat at this high end seafood restaurants if you build them just a few meters away from the bridge. I would also renovate the triangle building without a roof into an nice restaurant bar and grill night club with a D.J. The top 3rd floor would have a nice classy bar area with stools at the bar and high tables with stools surrounding the bar while on a small stage there will be a live band playing soft music. The rest of the third floor will be for dining sharing the ambiance of the bar and band. The roof top will have mini bars and a D.J. and outdoor lounge area with couches. The second floor will have a bar and big flat TVs playing sports. There would be pool tables all around along with a video game machines and a some basketball shooting machines. There will be stool tables all around with stool seating. Snacks will be served here with cocktails and beer. The very first floor will be a dance club s high ceiling, DJ booth 2 large bars many lounge seating areas and a dance floor big enough to fit 150 people or more. This floor will host club nights on Thursday thru Sunday and Tuesday & Wednesday is comedy night with a live band at the end of the night. The restaurant-bar and club will be call "The Pier 1 Resto-Bar Night Club. Who wants to go in business with me?
