I remember us having a discussion about how a lot of anime games feel like “fast food” or the FIFA of fighting games in general. An example of a good ass anime inspired game would be Fist Of the North Star Lost Paradise which was developed by RGG (creators of yakuza) and, while not perfect, was still 90% better than the vast majority of these soulless Bandai-Namco cash grabs
Yeah I do remember to talking about that and dragon ball games have always gave the audience what they wanted and I hope they do the same with this game bc they are ready got variety, gameplay, and graphics down so hopefully they don't fail us 😅

I was hating on this game at first but after seeing some of the gameplay I’m here for it, especially since it’s not a straight up clone of Storm or Demon Slayer
Exactly I say it of some aspects of it but it's it own thing
I think the game looks amazing and very original.

I say it took ideas from other anime games but still did it own thing but to each their own
The duck lord blesses this video. but also, if its being handled by Bandai Namco, I have low faith. They need to give the IP to RGG studios. They made the yakuza games series but also made a Fist Of The North Star game which is hailed as one of the best licensed anime game to date (mainly because it used the amazing yakuza system). Bandai doesnt know how to satisfy fans, RGG does.
The thing is that is very true but I also see the qualities of storm so if they do put in the work it can be a big game
