Love the area, but the home is too small.
I like the wallls that ope to let the environment outside inside
Very cool good for her well done!
Wow. Beautiful. Millionaires Dream house. ❤
How many bedrooms?
This is awesome I applaud Meredith 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
I agree with everything Goldstein said, except getting inspiration from Dubai
This house is on the market right now and I wish I could afford it. Owning this house is a goal for me.
why on earth would the house be built on a diagonal to the shoreline? LAME
Nice property. Gorgeously executed. 1 thing, could you feature the properties and interviews more than the obnoxious music
Dear M.S I am not interested in this property anymore.
Dear M.S. like the house. If the price is reasonable then buy this one and cancel all the previous ones. Best Wishes and Profound Regards.
My dream home. Just beautiful.
You only see this type of architecture in places that has warm climate year round.
How come the price never appears on these estates?
is Jimmy hard of hearing?? Your yelling at him talking sooo loud as if he is!!! Tone it down a little please so i dont have to mute my volume when you speak!
I would love to own this❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The pavers linking the houses spoil the landscape. And a platform bed only looks cool. They are annoying for remaking, ventilation, and sex options.
I love the name of the chanel <3
yum
Just finding out about Meridith . Writing for my real estate exam next week. Perfect timing.
I Love it!🧡
this is the way of a good house i love it
Built by Dennis and Farwell for artist Otto Classen in 1904 (not William Randolph Hearst/Marion Davies)
Per the Hollywood Art Center www.hollywoodartcenterarchive.com HOLLYWOOD ART CENTER SCHOOL ESTATE HISTORIC CULTURAL MONUMENT #1202, City of Los Angeles planning.lacity.org/odocument/24f6fce7-f73d-4bca-87bc-c77ed3fc5d4f/Historical_Cultural_Monuments_List.pdf The historic Hollywood Art Center School Estate was built in 1904 by famed architects of the Hollywood Hotel and Magic Castle, Dennis and Farwell. The estate was commissioned by artist, Otto Classen this year. Please note that the estate WAS NOT BUILT BY WILLIAM RANDOLPH HEARST FOR MARION DAVIES!" This is incorrect, per the Lovins Family. Correct information is included below *** Architects Dennis & Farwell. Partnership active 1895-1913 Year Built 1904 Location 2025 and 2027 N. Highland Avenue Hollywood, California 90068 HISTORIC HOLLYWOOD ART CENTER SCHOOL ESTATE PROPERTY HISTORY The historic Hollywood Art Center Estate, was built by famed architects, Dennis & Farwell, known for building the Hollywood Hotel and Magic Castle and many other iconic structures, for artist, Otto Classen. D+F built many commercial and residential projects in Southern California during 1895-1913, and was one of Los Angeles' most important architectural firms at the turn of the century. In fact, the HACS estate is one of the oldest (yet unknown), still existing in Hollywood, as it relates to the early development of Hollywood under H.H.Wilcox. It's built upon one of last original tracts of land in this hillside, next to the Yamashiro. This is an important cultural landmark as it relates to the birth of Hollywood and the artists who helped make it. This estate needs to be preserved, protected and not developed. The second owner, Bertha Barker (wife of Barker Brothers Furniture founder).purchased the estate in 1919 and built bungalows on the frontage of the estate. Later these bungalows were turned into the Carlton Motor Lodge, and eventually knocked down to build the present day, Best Western Motel. In the 1940s, after walking by the estate for ten years, Henry and Mona Lue Lovins purchased the estate as their final residence and additional campus for the Hollywood Art Center School. The Lovins family owned the estate until the year 2000. From 1960-1985, their son, Jay Lovins, also operated his independent film company out of the estate called Threshold Film and Hollywood Film Associates. The estate is located at 2025-2027 N. Highland Avenue, Hollywood, CA 90068. Since the estate is no longer owned by the Lovins family, it is not open to the public anymore. Currently, the estate is privately owned and unfortunately, its fate, remains uncertain due to the current owner, real estate developer, Bassam Alghanim.

Wooowww, it`s awe-inspiring ! ! !
Love her clean, yet warm style!Greetings from Mexico
Not really great comments Ari, i don't think you build a case for it's design.
Bad audio !!
From Bath with Love
MUSIC FAR TOO LOUD !!! It was so interesting but so very annoying because of the music. When people are talking...music shouldn't be present !!!!!
I agree! It is too much! I am here for Meridith's interview, not the loud music.
Totally
Is this still for sale or up in smoke? 🔥😂
22 million for 2 beds ? really
LOL you must have watched it on mute. He said the property has over a 125' of beach frontage.
Only for the Riches!!!
This home is gorgeous reminds me of Hawaiian Homes
A Lot of Haters in this comment Section
nice location. but seen way better architecture than this. Before you waste the land, please make sure you really really can't find any better architects.
what specifically makes the architecture bad?
very cool... but seems to be perfect for criminals. They don't even have to 'break in'.. Just walk in and steal/rape....
The walls close silly..they are called pocket doors
