In my opinion I can't say which one of these prolific Graff artist is better, reason being because both have stayed relevant in the game of ART. Best way to answer the question would to say who will always be talked about in the decades to come and to that I would say both of them! Think about the 80's and 90's and that golden era of Graff and hip-hop both gave made big contributions to the wild of Graff!

Growing up in FarRock gotta give big up to Sonic002 BADINC. He had a throw up on every station from Mott Ave to 116Th. Respect!

I like cope2 a lot, his artwork is very inspiring but a bit repetitive. It seems like he can't get out from his shell and knows very little about art. Seen, on the other hand, is doing a lot of different styles and is doing them pretty well. but they are not as pure and inspiring as cope2's work. So, my favorite is cope.
