FBI Report November 11, 1987: The five children that went missing at the reopened Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza on November 1, 1987 still have not been found. After an in depth investigation of Fazbear Entertainment’s headquarters in Hurricane, Utah, it was concluded that this was not the first missing person’s incident in the company’s history. This tape was submitted by an anonymous source from Fazbear Entertainment showing the last ever footage of Cameron Goodrow, a former employee at an older location of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza that went missing in 1986.

Even though he's not game cannon. Plus we never saw anything about Sparky being at Fredbear's in one of the offical FNAF games, except for the movie and having a diner named after him.
