These were very common in the GDR area too. But nowadays you can't buy them anymore.
That’s using the head🤗👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 great idea!

188 massey?
Close! She's a 185
Deadly piece of kit, red is lovely too! So is that used for drainage? I take it that plants the gravel below the grass level to help water flow down?
It leaves a stripe of gravel to help with drainage. Trying to lower the water table a little bit to get rid of wet spots
@@DaveWuzHere okay that's cool, Cheers for that!
Should have spring loaded the disc
Our 1956 Farmall 400 had that.
This one is hydraulic slide out and in as well as up and down
Beautiful sound coming from that massey
Sounds real pretty
Glad to see you have some swallows we had very few this year I like seeing them flying about plus the eat flies ets which helps give the cattle and sheep some peace from them
They are nice to see but they make an awful mess on things in the sheds
Hook up the pto, then you did something...
Why do you think I was standing there to start with
Another great post Dave. Love to see the old 185 bossing the wrapper!!
It's a great job for her!
Nice crop
Making farming great again
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Do you have a rake a or just a haybob
I mean haybob
We have a lely gemini, pz haybob and this is the fransgard 13 foot tedder
Do you live in Northern Ireland I do
@@MrsMcNeilly-gn5tp yes
Great job 🎉🎉🎉
Great post lad!! Love to see the old 185 earning her keep. 💪😊👍
I'm always glad to see her coming. It means someone else is going to wrap!
She seems happy enough with those bales, how do your find her with wet ones? Only reason I'm asking is I have a 270 which I'm working on ATM, and I will be using it on bales also, it's basically the same as your 465
We had weights on the front and I had to stand on the weight block for a few bales too. Good job otherwise
@@DaveWuzHere thanks for getting back to me, 👍 I saw the weight block surely, was kinda thinking of making something to fit over the factory weight frame on mine with a spike on it to take a few flywheels that I've got lying about. I'll knock the pilot bearings out of them and I should be good to go!! 😂👍 If I need more weight I can add to it. Good to know the lift can handle that weight anyhow, overall they seem a well built tractor, don't deserve the criticism they got back in the day in my opinion. Thank you, 👍
Immaculate massey

Great work 🎉🎉🎉
Been doing the same thing for the last three days even today, baleing wheat straw with the 5S 105 with a John Deere F440M baler, the owner hates baleing so that's my work, it will interesting to see what baleing pea straw is going to be like??. 🤔👍
Must be a right hardy pea or is there sunflowers or something grown along with them to keep them propped up? Can't imagine pea straw at all 😂
Сенаж
RUclips třeba zlikvidovat😅😅😅
So what
It's pretty good going Dave, the spuds look alright, I tend to find leaning apple trees do better in our case for some reason?? 🤔don't mention about peas I've learnt there are different types of peas, one is the pea vinner type the other the combine harvester type, guess what I was carting today what a B🤬stard It's been harvestering them 😡. The tomatoes are looking good 👍, and the rest, it's a shame that Rosie decided she wanted to go to the veg and salad bar 😄, but all in all a good start, put plenty dung in the potato drills, and as one old man said, "if you want to know when is the right time to plant potatoes, pull down your pants and sit on the ground, if warm it's right, if cold, it's not." Although I wouldn't recommend it, if you want Piles 😬, it's been a cold season, hope you'll do more next year. 🙂👍
Thanks, I will be sharing the potato advice far and wide!
Definitely taken the best of that one😂
Value for your money!
❤️❤️❤️
They're older than me and just as worn out ,I was born in 1955
Nuffield is only 1968 😂 she's barely broken in!
Well that's full use tyre syndrome there.. 😅..
Well if you're paying for it you might as well use it
Meg you are BEEEAUTIFUL ❤
That hay almost looks to be too moldy?!!??
Surface mold on silage is common enough
@@DaveWuzHere didn't know that, I knew silage smells really bas lol.
Good video we are in the same situation as you made 2nd cut bales yesterday and fields are wetter than I thought but luckily our wee Massey isn't to heavy 🙂
Ground is alright, until you travel on it more than once. The 6190 seems to be very sore on ground compared to the other 61s
make sure you put clean oil and clean the raiders on the 135 it would get very hot its very hard on it
She's a 35 😁 gets serviced every year with the other tractors. We give her a rest when the tanker is full and away too
@DaveWuzHere o it looked like a 135 ls it a 35x good little tractor to run that
What model of matbro is that, I have a tr200 turbo articulated telehandler and it is mint
Sounds like the same thing, she's a tr200. Ours is unfortunately far from mint now!

How long does it take to mix the tank with that mixer
With plenty of water it will do the tank in a few minutes, if it's thick... Let's just say it needs water
Cracking vid sir.. always stirring the sh!t up 😅.. your diff looks like a dumper one.. maby a forklift diff would be better geared? Stay safe 🏴
Not sure, but it's been kicking around since my granda was farming. Hopefully it will do another while!
Great video as always Dave, I've got a loooottttt of catching up to do with your video's (busy grain carting with a Massey 5S 105) a bit of a learning curve for me especially the Dyna 4 set up, is there any casting numbers on the diff to Google with? Or do you know who made it ??. 🤔 👍
It has been rusted, sanded, painted and repeated probably a few times already. Are you a fan of the newer masseys now?
It's been pretty good, I like the fast acting hydraulic flow it tips and opens the trailer and opens the hydraulic door really fast, steering is really light, the Auto shift on the Dyna 4 is my main complaint when engaging its self from 3D to 4A with a loaded trailer there's a big delay and then it lost its momentum to pull away and then it can't decide which gear it should be in, but we find out how to smoothing the shift when taking off after it nearly catapulted me off the seat, it's the first time ever I had to have seat belt on 🙄, and the other thing is the beacon trun themselves on when you hit 40k, and if you forget to turn them off in the field you feel like an idiot 🤡 the 3095 is wayyy better but he wants me to drive the newer one instead.🙂👍
Getting the hang of that bale squeeze? 😊
I think it was more laziness because it was on the matbro 😂
Is it a MF 3120?
6190
Lovely massey and spreader
the cows waiting to be painted and then moving at the last second 😂
Who knew cows would be so good at playing chicken 😂
