i can see why this is not a brilliant move

It is actually a best move coz it's the only move that's works and can be seen easily. Great moves are moves which can give you an advantage or puts your opponent in a zugswang in a midgame but brilliant moves are rare to see and will make sure you will win the game coz it's gives you a very good advantage

According to a player's elo computer decides whether it's a good move , best move , inaccuracy etc etc coz Gm can easily see 800-1000 elo brillant moves but they are excellent / best move for them
