Great video buddy. I used my Sage Fast Slow Pro for the first time today to do a lamb shoulder casserole. It turned out great. The only tiny gripe I have, is that once the food was ready, it took 45 minutes for the pressure to release with the 'natural release' setting. Which release setting did you use here ? Thanks.
