New bhi aati hai, but Kai baar over size hoti hai, toh phir se grinding karke dalni padti hai. Kai baar under size hoti hai , uska karan yeh hai ki, agar Kali pins giss jati hai toh uske sath caliper ke hole bhi khulle ho Jaa te hai , jiske karan new pins bhi kai baar under size pad jati hai( means hole mein loose rehti hai) . Phir new ka bhi koi faida nahi hota. Is liye 90% mechanic repair ke liye bolte hai. Agar new pins dalwane se jaida accha yeh hai ki complete caliper set new dalwana chaiye. Bhai yeh kuch hor puschna hove ta msg kar dena.

Ur right dear, it happened to my car. Couple of years ago my Father took the car to Ludhiana, there he got stuck in traffic jam for two hours , he pressed the clutch pedal continuously throughout the traffic jam. Unfortunately, clutch plate and pressure plate got stuck with each other bcoz of heat. Therefore I had to replace clutch plate, but after replacing, I felt engine vibration on releasing clutch Pedal, but I kept driving my car 60000km. Then, I got fed-up from this problem and I again changed my car's clutch plate, this time after driving my car 5000km, same issue started. Finally, I visited to a skilled mechanic, he told me to install new Fly Wheel and clutch plate. And after changing clutch plate and fly wheel, there is no engine vibration on releasing clutch Pedal. Now I have driven my car 10k without any vibration. Problem was with fly wheel. I have honda city ivtec which I have driven 200000km , there is no any issue like this. It's a machine anytime any problem can happen. Sometime, people buy new cars with manufacturing defect.

👍 you might have driven ur car alone. My car driven by 3 person I changed my car's clutch plate set twice ,but engine vibration on releasing clutch Pedal was persistent and finally I changed Fly Wheel along with new clutch plate set. Now Problem have been solved. I made video for information not for argument. My Honda City ivtec is driven 200000km , I just changed clutch plate set once and it is running like new a car without any pickup drop. My purpose to upload video to make people aware that if they have replaced their cars clutch plate set , but still they are facing engine vibration on releasing clutch Pedal then they must go for replacing flywheel, the only solution to this problem. If you will go to car agency for clutch plate replacement after driving your car more than 100,000 kilometres, definitely they will suggest to replace Fly Wheel along with new clutch set. Rest depends on customer if he wants to replace or not. ( Don't resurface flywheel)

Sometime people sale their new accidental cars in car scrap market and from there you can easily buy second hand spare parts like new spare parts. You got the right second hand spare Fly Wheel.

I have driven my car 187000km, it had engine vibration on releasing clutch Pedal. I cleaned oxygen sensor but problem was persistent. Then I changed clutch plate twice even after that problem didn't solved. Finally, I met skilled mechanic, he advised me to change flywheel and complete clutch set. After replacing flywheel and complete clutch set, the problem solved . I have TATA 's car but you have AUDI which has high quality parts, engine and clutch and they run longer than ordinary cars . Moreover my message for those who are facing same issue. ( After replacing old clutch plate, engine vibration on releasing clutch Pedal problem does not solve). I don't change DMF with every clutch change. This is the frist time , I changed DMF.
